My name is Klaudyna Smit.
I am from Krakow, Poland; the city where I currently live. Having spent multiple years working in the United States, I now find myself navigating between these two locations for both business and personal life.
I have a Juris Doctor degree in law, I am a graduate of the Management Consulting program through Harvard and I have several years of experience in various leadership roles in the finance industry. Over the years, I have led and developed domestic and international teams across Europe, Asia and the United States. I have designed and executed multiple projects in a high-pressure environment and have successfully managed and delivered significant organizational changes. I have mentored and consulted individuals who have grown into successful leaders, and developed new and existing teams to ensure they are setup for success.
My goal is to do meaningful work and make an impact.
